Term of service

  • By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service. Violating them will result in a warning and blacklisting for repeated offenses.

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to commission me (this is required to legally use PayPal), regardless of whether the content is NSFW or not.

  2. All payments are handled via PayPal invoices. I accept payments in USD or EUR only.

  3. Refunds are not available unless I fail to complete your commission.

  4. Work begins after an upfront payment of atleast 50% of full price. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the commission.

  5. Commissions include some level of artistic freedom in the final product.

  6. Professional and respectful communication is required at all times.

  7. I reserve the right to share completed commissions publicly, or exclusively. If you post the artwork elsewhere, credit is required.

  8. I may decline any commission request for any reason.

How to Post Commissioned Content

  • I may or may not post finished commissions, but if you want to publicly share commissioned work I’ve created, please follow these rules carefully due to Patreon's restrictions:

  • Ask Permission: Always get my approval before posting any commissioned content.

  • Credit Properly: Only credit me via my account (if I approved) or keep the credit anonymous.

  • No Patreon Links: Never link to my Patreon in any public post, under any circumstances.

  • Disclaimer: I am not responsible for how my commissioners share or credit the content once it is in their possession.

Copyright

  • For Commissions:

  • All rights to my artwork are reserved. I, the artist, retain full ownership of my creations. You may not use, claim, edit, copy, or redistribute my art without explicit permission.

  1. Copyright is shared between the commissioner and me, the artist.

  2. AI/NFT usage is allowed only by copyright holders.

  3. Commissioned artwork may be altered, copied, redistributed, or used for personal and commercial purposes, provided I am properly credited with a link to my Carrd page. However, please discuss any intended use with me in advance, preferably via email.

  4. AI / NFTs are only acceptable in this context under these terms.

  • A character with the following conditions will add an extra $30-50+ to the final price: Crazy Design, Human, Neon Colors, Robot (simplified), etc.

  • Character's body shown:

  • will stack each time same character is shown, in different panels, cutaway, angles, etc.

  • Adding new character(s):

  • fullbody $100

  • halfbody $50

  • smaller area of body shown (mouth, hand, pelvis, thighs, gentiles, etc) it's free of charge.
